Dr John Day at the University of Bristol will be leading the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for Landmine Detection project. This project aims to develop a new Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) capable of surveying potentially mined areas and mapping the location of buried landmines and Explosive Remnants of War.
